Mental health and neuroscience are my passion, providing the best service to my patients is my goal.
In addition to my training in General Psychiatry from the University of Costa Rica, I received training in Neuropsychiatry at the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery in Mexico City under the UNAM program. So my effort is dedicated not only to the most frequent conditions (depression, anxiety, psychosis, attention deficit, among others), but also to Mental Health alterations that occur in the presence of Neurological Diseases (thought disorders, emotions and behaviors; in people with diseases of the Nervous System, such as epilepsy, Parkinson's, dementias, tumors, vascular events, etc.)
