About me

Nutrition is my passion, it's a way to find health in a comprehensive way. The science of nutrition encompasses many aspects of our lives; I think that learning healthy habits require a motivational guide and tools to help us achieve small goals. “Wellness of the body, mind and spirit" is my main goal.
What I like most about my job is the teaching/learning relationship. Food is a necessity, and studying it gives me the opportunity to help my patients change their habits and comprehensively build a healthy life.
After all, from the womb of our mother until our last breath, food is a basic need
